Cationic UV Epoxy Adhesive

This cationic UV adhesive is specially developed for high-reliability bonding, fixing, and sealing applications that require low shrinkage, strong adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, and dark curing capability. It is suitable for glass, metal, ceramic, optical materials, electronic components, and selected plastics. Unlike conventional free-radical UV adhesives, cationic UV adhesive offers no oxygen inhibition and can continue curing in shadowed or less-exposed areas after UV activation. With extremely low shrinkage, high adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, low odor, and good temperature resistance, it is ideal for precision electronic assembly, optical bonding, glass-to-metal bonding, ceramic component bonding, sensor sealing, IC packaging, and high-precision industrial sealing applications.
