TB-860 is a UV-curable yellowing-resistant glossy clear topcoat designed for spray coating applications that require high transparency, high gloss, and durable surface protection. It is suitable for plastic, metal, marble, wood, and other material surfaces. After UV curing, it forms a clear and glossy protective layer that helps improve surface appearance, smoothness, and long-term durability.
The coating can be applied with reciprocating spray equipment and adjusted with suitable diluents according to ambient temperature and process requirements. Recommended coating amount is around 90–110g/㎡, with a wet film thickness of approximately 100–120μm. For better leveling and surface finish, infrared leveling before UV curing is recommended. TB-860 is ideal for industrial finishing and decorative surface coating applications where clarity, gloss, yellowing resistance, and protective performance are important.
Notes: Curing with mercury lamp is required.
