TOP-BOND  Product 6103 is a single component, low viscosity, fast curing UV adhesive designed for bonding glass to glass. The product cures in seconds upon exposure to ultraviolet radiation of 365 nm to form an impact resistant bond which exhibits excellent resistance to prolonged humidity or water immersion.

Usage:

    This product is used for glass and metal adhesion, suitable for crystal handicraft, glass and glass large area adhesion, assembly;Before gluing, the gluing surface must be completely clean and dry. The amount of gluing shall be determined according to the needs.After gluing, close the gluing surface and squeeze hard to distribute the gluing layer evenly and separate the bubbles.Exposure to philips 365nm 18W and 40W uv lamp or 125W medium-pressure mercury lamp for a few seconds to locate, remove excess glue around, and continue irradiation for 30-60s to achieve maximum strength.

Matters needing attention:

1. This product contains methacrylic acid and its ester monomers, which are slightly irritating to the skin and eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please flush with plenty of water immediately.Rinse skin with soap and plenty of water immediately after contact.

2. Keep in a cool and dry place. Do not pour the remaining glue back to the original package.A year (25 ℃, shelf life: a cool and dry place).
